it is labeled with an inscription slot, does this mean you can remod the inscription to your liking? or is it just one of those things like the dwarf in kamadan's corner during wintersday?

greens cannot be modded, its just like that because its a NF one.

ahh it explains it very well on the wiki page

well ty but it explains it not very well. that statement just means that it's the only unique item that lists "inscription" on it, my ungues of the forgotten doesn't have that. any other people with evidence on this shield?

no no it explains it pretty perfectly

its the only green item that appears in-game to list the inscription slot.

this is the reason your ungues doesnt have the same characteristics
